Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of Charcha — the question field, the waitlist, and everything that comes with it. We have written them in plain language because we believe you deserve to understand what you are agreeing to. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Charcha is a product of Maze Stuff Private Limited, registered in India. When these terms refer to “Charcha”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, we mean Maze Stuff Private Limited and the Charcha product. If you have questions about these terms, you can reach us at hello@dailycharcha.com.
2. Who can use Charcha
You must be at least 13 years old to use Charcha. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the service. By using Charcha, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will use the service lawfully and respectfully.
3. What Charcha is
Charcha is an early-stage thinking environment and public question field, available to anyone worldwide. It is a space where people bring questions they are genuinely sitting with and explore them alongside others. Some features may change, pause, or evolve as we build and learn. We will communicate significant changes to waitlist members by email before they take effect.
4. Your responsibilities
By using Charcha, you agree to use it for its intended purpose. You agree not to submit content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, illegal, or that infringes on the rights of others. You agree not to submit private or confidential information belonging to yourself or others, since the public field is visible to anyone who visits Charcha. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit Charcha or its infrastructure. You take full responsibility for everything you submit. Charcha is not liable for user-submitted content.
5. Questions you submit
Questions submitted to the field are public. They may be displayed on the canvas, organised by category, searched by other users, and used to improve the product experience. Do not submit anything you would not want shown publicly to anyone in the world. Charcha may remove any question that violates these terms, without notice.
6. Ownership of your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting a question, you give Maze Stuff Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, organise, categorise, and use your content to operate and improve Charcha. This licence ends if you validly request the removal of your content and we have carried out that request.
Charcha’s name, mark, design, interface, and brand assets belong to Maze Stuff Private Limited and may not be used without our written permission.
7. The waitlist
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from us about early access, product updates, and launch information. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link in any email we send you. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee any specific launch date, access tier, pricing, or feature set.
8. AI in Charcha
Charcha uses AI to support question categorisation and other product experiences. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unexpected. Charcha is a thinking tool, not a source of professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
9. Availability and liability
Charcha is provided as-is during its early stage. We work to keep it reliable but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maze Stuff Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of Charcha.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Charcha evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. For significant changes, we will notify waitlist members by email before they take effect. Continued use of Charcha after changes are posted means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. By using Charcha you acknowledge this.
12. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, please write to us at hello@dailycharcha.com. We are a small team and we read everything.
